Clip On kwmr

* Option to move an existing post from channel to channel or channel to tumblelog. Primarily I’d like to be able to have a Drafts channel. (This was written before the dashboard filter was introduced. Using private posts and hiding others posts mitigates the drafts problem to a degree.)
* Option to see channel posts fully rendered as they would appear on tumblelog, rather than only dashboard style.
* Ability to pass a theme url as a param so a theme can be tested without setting up a whole new tumblelog. Something like http://toldorknown.tumblr.com?theme=http://my.url/theme.txt
